Lecture Space Fills Very Quick and the Best times are always booked
first! Be sure to order your space as early as possible to assure your presentation is included.
Once your order for lecture time is received, a representative will contact you to finalize your details! Your lecture will be printed in the show guide (Title, Speaker, and Subject Summary). Terms of Booking
50% Deposit Billed Upon Booking
50% Final Payment Billed 30 days prior to Event
Upon Successful Registration, a representative will contact you to assign your
Lecture time and confirm your deposit. A PDF Account Statement and confirmation
will be sent to the email you provide in your order.
Non-Exhibitor Lecture Application Policies: As lecture space fills very
quickly, priority is given to individuals that are also exhibiting at our
events. Time that remain un-booked 30 days before the event may be booked
by no exhibitors (if available) at double the exhibitor rate.
Non-exhibitor applications are then processed (30 days prior) based on original
application date.
