Traditional Chinese Feng Shui is based on the study of balance and harmony, in both an internal and external sense. In this workshop Teresa will explain the difference between different schools of Feng Shui; why the study of Traditional Chinese Feng Shui show the connection between Heaven, Earth and Human Qi. And how to achieve balance and harmony, both within our environment and within ourselves.

In an external sense, in order for us to live in balance, we have to look at what is in our external environment; whether it is at home or at work, or extended to our town and country. In an internal sense, we have to look at what is handed to us in our destiny; with this we can see what is lacking within our spirit, and do what we need to in order to restore the balance.

About Teresa

Teresa was born and raised in Hong Kong, steeped in Feng Shui traditions. While living in Canada, she has studied with different Feng Shui schools all over the world. More recently Teresa has studied with Master Issac Chung on Face Reading, and for years more advanced Traditional Chinese metaphysical studies with Master Joseph Yu of Toronto. She is also one of Master Yu’s Feng Shui Research Centre appointed teachers and lecturers. Teresa is also a Certified Interior Designer, and has worked on professional offices, businesses and private residences. Teresa has designed her own unique home and garden using Traditional Chinese Feng Shui principles.

What is a sacred cosmogram?

A cosmogram is a sacred geometric map with an encoded energy field. The encoded energy field of the cosmogram is utilized in guided meditations with specific intentions.

Application and benefits

One application is a guided meditation journey to identify obstacles that may be recurring in your life. The obstacles maybe in your present and or past life.

The objective is to heal specific events in life that have left a residue imprint which acts as an obstacle and interference in present life and is inherited by future generations.
