| By Booking a ticket for any event at the Body
Soul & Spirit Expo you have agree to the following terms and policies.
1) A "Will Call" list will be kept at the Front Registration Desk
or Workshop Information Kiosk to confirm all Registration, however, we recommend you keep you email confirmation as proof of registration.
You will be "checked in" and provided with a ticket or proof of
registration when you arrive. It is recommended you arrive at least 30 minutes
before your event starts!
2) All Ticket Sales and Registrations are final, please assure that you show up on time for these event as we can not refund for no shows.
If unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another party by providing
them with a note with expressed written permission and your signature. 3) Ticket Sales do not include
admission to the Expo, you may pay select (pay at the door) or select a day or weekend pass as an additional option when purchasing your ticket online
(if available). These additions will be added to your order, and noted on the
"will call" list. A wrist band will be provided to allow access to the show upon
arrival. 4) Workshops are provide on a "Where is" "As Is" basis, The
Body Soul & Spirit Expo only provides the space in which the event takes place
and does not accept any responsibility for the subject matter, content or
material presented in the event. By booking a workshop you agree to to
protect, indemnify and hold harmless the expo, any venue in which the workshop
takes place, employees, agents, and suppliers for any claims, losses; including
but not limited to financial losses and damages to persons or property. We
are grateful for your support, your participation in our workshop programs make
it possible to continue to bring inspiring and life-changing
workshops to your community. |
